They played five morning rounds, where our players learned much from competing in a "real" tournament - a first for many new players on this year's team. All three teams scored against high schoolers on high school questions, and Team A and C made the playoffs! We didn't win, but it was great training, helping us prepare as we look ahead to middle school level tournaments (which are qualifiers for Nationals in Dallas) in November and January. Tate also sent teams - and our A teams played each other!
