Clinic

We welcome all of our new and returning students to Ransom. The medical staff at Ransom is here to serve each and every student and our goal is to graduate health literate students. Please do not hesitate to call our office at 937-2220, ext. 256 if you have any questions or concerns regarding the health or welfare of your child. Please check this web page often for updates and new information.

Student Medication

Florida State law requires that a special form be filled out and signed by the physician and parent/guardian of each student on medication.

This form must be on file in the school clinic before a student can take any medication at school.

All physicians have copies of this form.

This also includes non-prescription medication such as Asprin.

The medicine must be properly labeled with the original label and must be stored and taken in the school clinic.

Whenever possible, please only sent those dosages that are to be taken during school hours (weekly basis).
