The Journalism staff begins the work on the Yearbook during the second semester of the staff’s 7th grade year. During this semester the staff learns the web-based system used to produce the yearbook. The yearbook staff also chooses the yearbook cover. Then the real work begins. The Journalism students, during the first semester of their 8th grade year, take pictures of students and school activities. At this point, they create the pages which capture a year in the life of Ransom Middle School students.
