Track and Field
The Ransom Track Tryouts and Season start on Monday, 10/12/2020. Please remember you must have a current pre-participation physical to me as soon as possible.
The Pre-Participation Physical Form must be completed and submitted to your school’s Athletic Coach.
Page 1 is the Medical History that must be completed and signed by the parent/ guardian.
Page 2 must be completed and signed by the physician.
See the link on the school page. A physical will be considered current if it was completed after 10/5/2019.
If you are unable to print the pre-participation physical form at home, see Coach Bunch as soon as possible.
